Kringloop 字面意思是「循環」或「迴圈」，但在日常荷蘭語裡，它是舊貨店的標準說法。Kringloopwinkels（舊貨店）幾乎遍佈荷蘭各城鎮與大城市，多由社會經濟非營利組織經營，同時也是重返職場者的職業訓練基地。據點密集、價格低廉，捐贈穿不下的衣物、多餘傢俱與淘汰家庭用品更是荷蘭人的預設選項。說 naar de kringloop（去舊貨店）已成一種固定動詞片語。
