該怎麼準備 DELF B1 聽力測驗？
在開始之前，先確認自己真的是 B1 程度，而不是還停留在 A2。你不需要完全精通 B1，但至少應該能自在地處於這個程度的中段。如果大多數影片和練習對你來說都太快，先降一個程度，把耳朵練起來，之後再回來。
在考試裡，你不需要聽懂每一個字。考試在意的是你有沒有跟上情境：誰在說話、他們想要什麼、主要訊息，還有幾個關鍵細節。每段錄音開始前你都會先看到題目，善用這段時間。讀完每一題，問問自己要聽的是什麼：是原因？數字？問題？還是某人的意見？
挑選符合你程度的影片
你用來練習的影片，應該剛好符合你的程度。如果裡面充滿俚語和快速的玩笑話，反而會讓你更困惑而不是有幫助。以下是每個程度聽起來大概是什麼樣子，讓你知道自己在哪裡，該找什麼樣的內容。
A1：你能聽懂緩慢、簡單的日常生活句子，像是家人、朋友、學校、興趣，還有身邊的事物。你能抓到數字、時間，以及清楚的廣播，像是車站廣播裡的時間。這個程度可以選有數字和時間的影片，練習抓出單一的日常單字，還不用整句聽懂。
A2：你能聽懂跟你切身需求有關的單字和片語，像是家人、購物、問路、工作、運動、烹飪和外食。可以選跟家人和身邊日常生活有關的影片。
B1，也就是你的程度：只要對方說標準法文，你就能聽懂大部分發生的事。俚語在這裡幫不上忙，只會造成干擾。當有人說故事、解釋情況或發表意見時，你能跟上重點。可以選有人說故事、解釋事情，或針對日常主題發表意見的影片，細節會比 A2 再多一些。
B2，你的下一步：你幾乎能獨立聽懂各種主題，包括正反兩方的論點。準備好挑戰更多內容時，可以進階到辯論、紀錄片，以及關於真實議題的討論，還有比 B1 更長、更豐富的故事。
每段錄音你都會聽到兩次
第一次聽，抓住整體意思：誰在說話？他們在哪裡？聽起來是開心、生氣還是擔心，或是在給建議？如果遇到不懂的單字，繼續聽下去就好，答案通常來自整個情境，而不是那一個字。
第二次聽，專注在細節上：人名、數字、時間、原因，還有各個選項之間的細微差異。要特別小心那些重複了你聽到的單字、但意思其實不符的選項。這些題目考的通常是你有沒有聽懂意思，而不是有沒有認出某個單字。
留意「不」、修正和連接詞
這裡最容易丟分。音檔很少會直接說「Isabelle 是美髮師」，而是說「Isabelle 不是美髮師，她是計程車司機」。如果你漏聽了「不」，就會很有自信地選錯答案。訓練耳朵去抓那些會反轉整句意思的小字：「ne... pas」、「mais」、「en fait」、「pas du tout」和「au contraire」。
連接詞同樣重要，這其實正是 A2 和 B1 的分水嶺。它們告訴你事情為什麼發生、導致了什麼結果，還有某人想做什麼。學會聽出「pourtant」、「en revanche」、「du coup」、「en réalité」和「alors」，一段長錄音就不再只是一堆文字。你會開始聽出它的結構：這是原因，這是結果，這裡說話者轉了個彎，說出相反的意思。

使用 France Éducation International 提供的免費 DELF B1 範例試題，裡面有考生試卷、音檔、標準答案和逐字稿。建議依照這個順序練習：
讀題目。
聽兩次。
作答。
對答案。
最後才讀逐字稿。
逐字稿很有幫助，但真正考試時不會有人給你，所以在你認真試過之前先別打開它。
記錄自己的錯誤
每次練習後，把出錯的地方寫下來，不只是新單字。你是漏掉了說話者的意見嗎？搞混了兩個相似的選項嗎？數字聽錯了嗎？漏掉了「不」或修正的地方嗎？聽懂了單字卻沒聽懂情境嗎？認真記錄十次練習，會比匆匆做完三十次學到更多。
理想的一週會混合這兩種練習：大部分時間看符合你程度的真實法文，訓練耳朵；每週再做兩到三次完整的官方聽力練習，熟悉考試形式。這樣你會同時擁有更好的耳朵和應試技巧，而這正是這項考試在意的兩件事。用心挑選你的影片，對自己有耐心，好好享受這個過程。

B1 聽力測驗考些什麼？
聽力部分（compréhension de l'oral）共有三段錄音，大約需要 25 分鐘。每段錄音都會播放兩次，中間有短暫停頓。以下是你會聽到的內容：

程度與詞彙量
我需要什麼程度、多少詞彙量？
聽力需要的詞彙量比閱讀少得多。研究顯示，大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋日常對話的 95% 左右，前 1,000 個字更是涵蓋了大多數人平常說的話。
影片是最容易理解的方式，因為畫面能幫你猜出意思。所以你不需要龐大的詞彙量，只要掌握常用字，再加上大量符合你程度的聽力練習就夠了。

這個 DELF B1 影片包是怎麼挑出來的？
我們幫你把搜尋的工作做完了。我們檢查了成千上萬支法文影片，逐一評估每支影片的程度、語速（每分鐘幾個字），以及裡面用了多少常見字。 這個影片包只收錄B1程度、使用標準法文的影片，語速接近考試（每分鐘大約 188 個字），其中大約 97% 的用字都是法文最常用的字。接著我們人工讀過逐字稿，篩選出考試常見的日常主題，並把畫面最清楚、最有幫助的影片排在前面。 大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋日常對話裡大約 95% 的內容（Nation 2006），所以這類內容很貼近考試。
準備 DELF B1 聽力該看什麼樣的影片？
使用以正常日常語速說出的真實法文，是標準法文，而不是濃厚的地方口音。挑選考試會用到的日常主題，像是休閒社交, 旅遊交通, 飲食, 日常生活, 學習教育 and 金錢與購物。你不需要冷僻的單字，大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋大部分的日常對話（Nation 2006），所以用最常用字組成的內容，最貼近考試的語言。不錯的組合是一段日常對話、一則關於工作或學業的簡短廣播報導，以及一個一般主題的節目，因為考試會用到這幾種形式。上面這 100 支免費影片包，正是這樣挑選出來的。
DELF B1 聽力音檔會播放一次還是兩次？
兩次。在 DELF B1 聽力測驗中，每段錄音都會播放兩次，中間有短暫停頓，讓你有第二次機會抓住細節。這跟有些只播放一次音檔的考試不一樣。
B1 程度足夠申請法國居留或國籍嗎？
這取決於你需要哪一種。自 2026 年 1 月起，長期居留證（carte de résident）要求的程度是 B1。同一時間，法國國籍所需的程度則從 B1 提高到 B2，所以如果你的目標是入籍，應該改考 DELF B2。
要多久才能達到 B1 聽力程度？
這取決於你聽了多少，還有你的母語跟法文有多接近，沒有固定的答案。最有用的做法，就是常常聽符合你程度的真實法文，每天聽一點。

影片和教材錄音有什麼不同？
教材錄音通常很慢也很清楚，是演員刻意慢慢念出來的。真實影片用正常語速和真實的聲音，更接近考試的情況。畫面也能幫你猜出還不認識的單字。
