準備 TOEFL 聽力該看什麼樣的影片?
使用以正常真實語速說出的真實英文,就是考試取材自的那種清楚學術與校園對話。挑選考試會用到的學術與校園生活主題,像是健康, 歷史與文化, 社會與時事, 科學與自然, 學習教育 and 環境。你不需要冷僻的單字,大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋大部分的日常對話(Nation 2006),所以用最常用字組成的內容,最貼近考試的語言。不錯的組合是一段簡短對話、一則廣播,以及一段清楚的學術演講,因為新制考試就是由這類短片段組成的。上面這 100 支免費影片包,正是這樣挑選出來的。
TOEFL 聽力音檔會播放一次還是兩次?
只播放一次。每段片段都只播一次,不會重播,所以能在第一次就跟上真實語速的人比較有優勢。聽的時候可以做筆記。這也是為什麼用自然語速的真實影片練習,效果特別好。
我需要考到幾分?
這取決於科系,每所大學都有自己的門檻。大多數學術科系的目標落在 4 到 5 分左右,大約相當於舊制的 80 到 100 分。最競爭的科系要求更高,很多還會針對每個科目設下最低分數。上面的表格列出了真實案例與資料來源。請務必向申請的機構確認最新要求,因為規定會改變。
新制 1 到 6 分的 TOEFL 分數怎麼換算?
自 2026 年 1 月起,每個科目都採 1 到 6 分制評分,以 0.5 分為級距,總分則是四個科目的平均。ETS 把這套分數對應到 CEFR:3 分大約是 B1,4 分大約是 B2,5 分大約是 C1,6 分則是 C2。有兩年的過渡期,你的成績單也會同時顯示舊制 0 到 120 分的分數,方便對照。官方對照表在 ETS 網站上。
適性聽力測驗是怎麼運作的?
閱讀和聽力科目現在會依你的表現調整難度。你先回答第一組題目,答得如何會決定下一組題目變簡單還是變難。走簡單路線最高只能到 4 分,只有走困難路線才能拿到 5 分或 6 分。如果你想拿高分,代表你必須能自信應付較難的片段,所以練習時最好挑戰比自己程度稍微難一點的內容。
TOEFL 聽力測驗會用到哪些口音?
大多數聲音是北美口音,但 ETS 也會用到英式、澳式和紐西蘭口音。上面的免費影片包以北美口音為主,也包含一些其他口音,讓你熟悉考試會用到的聲音。

可以。不錯的免費起點是 ETS 提供的官方 TOEFL iBT 練習,可以實際試做真正的聽力題目。除此之外,最好的免費做法就是大量聽符合你程度的真實學術英文。可以先從上面的 100 支影片開始,或是在 YouTube 或 Reelang 上看更多。
影片比教材錄音更好嗎?
以聽力來說,是的。教材錄音通常很慢也很清楚,真實影片則使用正常語速和真實的學術演講,更接近考試的情況,畫面也能幫你猜出還不認識的單字。
