澳洲人喜歡在字尾加上 -y 或 -ie。brekkie 是早餐、arvo 是下午、sunnies 是太陽眼鏡、barbie 是燒烤、bickie 是餅乾。在 duck 後加 -y 就變成 ducky，一個軟綿綿、親切的字。little ducky 可以是寵物名、孩子的玩具，影片裡則是某人從小用到大的湯匙。
好笑的是這場爭辯。她叫它 ducky spoon，朋友卻一直說：「I think that’s a rabbit.」。她上網一查，真的是 Peter Rabbit。「This might be the worst day of my life.」她開玩笑說。湯匙還是她的——只是換個名字罷了。
