美國產品常見的「無法出貨到加州」警語，源自加州 65 號提案的化學物質警示法
“This product cannot be shipped to California” 是美國人在網站和包裝上常看到的字句。這標籤源自加州的 Proposition 65，一項 1986 年通過的州法律，要求含有約 900 種列管化學物質的產品必須加貼警語。許多小公司為免去文書作業的麻煩，乾脆不出貨到加州，於是這句免責聲明反而成了梗：貼這標籤的產品，通常都有點怪、有點前衛、或是很好玩。
