剛出社會 (gāng chū shèhuì) 字面意思是「剛離開學校、踏入社會」。國語使用者常用這詞形容應屆畢業生剛領薪水的頭幾個月：薪資尚低、心思單純、還在摸索哪些大人可信、哪些不可信。出社會 是里程碑式的轉折點；剛 則點出這段過渡期的青澀與生疏。
