該怎麼準備 NT2 Programma II 聽力測驗？
Programma II 的形式跟 Programma I 完全一樣。Luisteren 測驗共 90 分鐘，會針對 5 段以上的聽力文本出約 40 題，每題有 3 或 4 個選項，只有一個是對的。你會先有大約 25 秒讀題，其中 1 到 3 段是短片，而且每段內容都只播放一次。改變的是荷蘭文本身。到了 B2 程度，說話者會闡述論點，表達方式也委婉許多。
所以第一件要確認的事，就是你是不是真的達到 B2，而不是停留在舒適的 B1。報名之前，先做一次免費的官方 Programma II 模擬考。這完全不花錢，而且比你「感覺準備好了」更準確。
聽懂論點，而不是單字
在 B2 程度，題目很少問你聽到了哪個字，而是問這個人怎麼想、為什麼這麼想。說話者會建立論點：哪裡有問題、應該怎麼做。只要跟上這個脈絡，就算漏聽幾個字，你還是答得出題目。
所以練習時，看一分鐘影片後就暫停，大聲說出說話者在主張什麼、想要什麼。如果你說不出來，再回去聽單字也救不了你。
學會能扭轉句意的詞
B2 程度的說話者常常轉折語氣，而負責轉向的正是這些小詞。訓練耳朵抓住 maar（「但是」）、toch（「不過」）、hoewel（「儘管」）、daarentegen（「相反地」）、sterker nog（「甚至可以說」）和 kortom（「總之」）。這些詞會提醒你，接下來要出現轉折，或是你需要的重點總結就在後面。
這很重要，因為錯誤選項往往就是說話者真的說過的話，只是他們接著就轉折，說出了相反的意思。
聽出我們委婉表達意見的方式
荷蘭人常常不會直接說不。我們會說 nou ja（「呃，也是啦」）、op zich（「就本身而言」）、in principe（「原則上」）或 eigenlijk（「其實」）。在 B2 程度的錄音裡，這些小詞正是意見所在。當有人說 op zich is het een goed plan, maar...（就本身而言，這是個好計畫，但是……），其實他們並不覺得這是個好計畫。
所以要留意語氣，不只是內容。考試可能會問你，某人對自己描述的事情有什麼感受。
練習一段長內容，而不是五段短內容
Programma II 的片段比較長，資訊量也比較多，所以要針對這一點練習。找一段幾分鐘長的訪談或新聞，切成每段大約 30 秒來練習。先不看文字聽，說出你聽懂了什麼，再聽一次，最後才看逐字稿或字幕。
這樣練習最多 30 分鐘，然後停下來休息一下。這麼專注地聽很累人，而你正在訓練的就是專注力本身。
你只聽得到一次，所以要先決定要聽什麼
沒有第二次機會，這也改變了你該怎麼運用片段開始前的 25 秒。先讀題目和選項，決定你要找的是什麼：一個意見、一個原因、一個數字，還是兩個人之間的差異。專心聽那一件事，其他的先別擔心。
如果漏聽了一題，就放手，準備聽下一段。一直追著已經過去的答案不放，只會讓你連後面的題目也一起錯過。
有兩件事能幫你順利通過這場考試。一是習慣正常語速荷蘭文的耳朵，靠的是大部分日子都看真實荷蘭文影片累積出來的；二是隨時思考「這個人到底想表達什麼」的習慣，靠的是做完整的模擬考練出來的。Veel succes!
為什麼是這個程度
大家為什麼要考 NT2 Programma II？
大家通常需要 B2 程度的荷蘭文，是為了：
在應用科技大學（hbo）或大學就讀，這需要 B2 程度的荷蘭文
在 hbo 或學術程度工作，包括 hbo 程度護理人員的 BIG 註冊登記
荷蘭國籍（歸化），B1 或 B2 程度的 NT2 文憑都符合資格

B2 聽力測驗考些什麼？
聽力測驗（Luisteren）在電腦上進行，需要戴耳機，共 90 分鐘。大約有 40 道關於 5 段以上錄音的選擇題。Programma I 和 II 的形式相同，改變的只是荷蘭文的程度。以下是你會聽到的內容：

其中 1 到 3 段是短片（filmpjes），每段各有一道題目，其餘則只有音檔。

每道題目和三個選項，你都有大約 25 秒可以閱讀。接著片段會自動開始播放，你只會聽到一次，沒有重播。
這些錄音都是真實的，所以你會聽到不同的聲音、口誤、重複，有時還有背景噪音。說話者可以帶有口音，但不會是方言。
考 Luisteren 時不能使用字典，而且每道題目都只有一個正確答案。
程度與詞彙量
我需要什麼程度、多少詞彙量？
聽力需要的詞彙量比閱讀少得多。研究顯示，大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋日常對話的 95% 左右，前 1,000 個字更是涵蓋了大多數人平常說的話。
在 B2 程度，卡關的通常不是不懂的單字，而是語速，還有每段內容都只聽一次這件事。影片能幫上忙，因為畫面能讓你知道片段在講什麼，同時耳朵繼續跟上內容。

這個 NT2 Programma II 影片包是怎麼挑出來的？
我們幫你把搜尋的工作做完了。我們檢查了成千上萬支荷蘭文影片，逐一評估每支影片的程度、語速（每分鐘幾個字），以及裡面用了多少常見字。 這個影片包只收錄B2程度、使用標準荷蘭文的影片，語速接近考試（每分鐘大約 197 個字），其中大約 97% 的用字都是荷蘭文最常用的字。接著我們人工讀過逐字稿，篩選出考試常見的日常主題，並把畫面最清楚、最有幫助的影片排在前面。 大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋日常對話裡大約 95% 的內容（Nation 2006），所以這類內容很貼近考試。
準備 NT2 Programma II 聽力該看什麼樣的影片？
使用以正常母語語速說出的荷蘭荷蘭文，內容是有人解說主題或表達意見。挑選考試會用到的工作、學習與日常生活主題，像是歷史與文化, 社會與時事, 工作, 家庭, 健康 and 媒體。你不需要冷僻的單字，大約 3,000 個常用字就能涵蓋大部分的日常對話（Nation 2006），所以用最常用字組成的內容，最貼近考試的語言。不錯的組合是新聞報導、一段訪談，以及一段清楚的說明，因為考試會用到這類簡短的真實片段。上面這 98 支免費影片包，正是這樣挑選出來的。
NT2 聽力音檔會播放一次還是兩次？
只播放一次。每段片段都只播放一次，並且會自動開始，沒有重播按鈕。片段開始前，你有大約 25 秒可以閱讀題目和選項。有些其他考試，像 Goethe 和 DELF，部分音檔會播放兩次，所以很多人會期待有第二次機會。但這裡沒有，所以練習在不暫停、不回頭重聽的情況下聽懂內容會很有幫助。
考 Programma II 之前，我需要先通過 Programma I 嗎？
不需要。這是兩個各自獨立的考試，你可以直接考 Programma II。選擇時該看你的目標，而不是順序：Programma I（B1）適合 mbo 的學習課程，以及 mbo-3、mbo-4 程度的工作；Programma II（B2）適合 hbo 或大學程度的學習和工作。如果你的目標需要 B2，Programma I 只是繞路，不是必經的第一步。
NT2 Programma II 的程度足夠在荷蘭醫療領域工作嗎？
要看你的職業。對 hbo 程度培訓的護理人員來說，BIG 註冊登記需要 B2 程度的荷蘭文，NT2 Programma II 是常見的證明方式。對 mbo 程度培訓的護理人員來說，需要的程度是 B1，也就是 Programma I。對醫生來說門檻更高：B2 加上醫療荷蘭文，通常稱為 B2+，所以光靠 Programma II 還不夠。
NT2 Programma II 符合荷蘭國籍的資格嗎？
符合。要歸化，你需要 A2 程度的 inburgeringsexamen，或是 B1 或 B2 程度的 staatsexamen NT2。Programma II 的文憑符合資格，而且證明的荷蘭文程度遠高於最低要求，這對之後的學習和工作也有幫助。
Staatsexamen NT2 的費用是多少？
每個考試科目收費 50 歐元，所以一個完整 Programma 的四個科目（Lezen、Luisteren、Schrijven、Spreken）加起來要 200 歐元。Programma I 和 II 都是一樣的費用。你可以分開報考各科目，也可以單獨重考，所以某一科考不好，你只需要重付那一科的費用。
可以免費準備嗎？
可以。最貼近考試的免費練習，是官方的 NT2 練習環境（oefenomgeving），內含兩個 Programma 全部四個科目的模擬考。這在電腦上使用效果最好，手機上比較不適合。除此之外，最好的免費做法就是大量聽符合你程度的真實荷蘭文。可以先從上面的影片開始，或是在 YouTube 或 Reelang 上看更多。
